Phone registration opens on March 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM. To reserve your spot, please call 858-538-8181. Online registration is not available for this program.  Space is limited, early sign-up is encouraged. Reservations for the program will be cancelled if the registrant does not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.

Participants will learn the ancient art of paper quilling with a modern twist and make a beautiful, framed work of art. This class is geared to adults aged 18 and older; however, teens are welcome to register. Registered adults may bring children to assist them in creating the craft, but children cannot register independently for this program.
