The How-To Festival is an annual interactive community educational event with something for everyone and for all ages that takes place simultaneously at several San Diego Public Library library locations.20 San Diego Public Libraries will simultaneously host free community presentations and workshops. Attendees learn everything from how to dance the jitterbug, how to weave an afghan, how to overcome stress with yoga and meditation, how to draw Pokémon characters, how to roll basic sushi, how to wear a scarf six different ways, and so much more. As a celebration of experiential and peer-to-peer learning, the How-To Festival presenters are community experts from all walks of life - from your community; for your community. We will post the schedule for the MH Library's presentations by early May.
