Don't miss our 2nd Human Library at the San Diego Central Library! The aim of the Human Library is to explore and move beyond stereotypes, and learn more about each other through stories. During the event, patrons will have the opportunity to check out human “books” to read through one-on-one 20-minute conversations. To reserve a time slot to check out a human book, please click on the book title below. Please note that readers will be allowed a maximum of THREE books to read.

This event is part of the San Diego Public Library's programming for this year's One Book, One San Diego where we will explore themes of civil rights, social justice, and discrimination. Registration is required. Registrants will be provided instructions on how to reserve time slots to check out our Human Books. Space is limited. The 2018 One Book, One San Diego selection is March: Book One by Congressman John Lewis, Andrew Aydin and Nate Powell.
