Program Description

Event Details

The Pauline Foster Teen Center at The San Diego Central Library @ Joan Λ Irwin Jacobs Common is hosting an art exhibit by local San Diego teen, Claire.

Interconnectedness is an art exhibit by local teen artist, Claire, featuring oil pastel drawings, modular origami models, and musical pieces.

The exhibit explores the connection of various fields of art including the visualization of classical piano pieces and inspiration by various impressionists including Monet and Van Gogh.

The origami models show the complex relationship between geometry and math as identical origami shapes are connected together to create a larger three-dimensional figure.

We invite the community to support the impressive talent of this young artist by attending the exhibition and encouraging her continued development in the arts.
