You told us you are interested in learning more about San Diego history and on Thursday, September 20 at 1 p.m. there will be a presentation about THE gathering place in downtown’s history, It Happened at Balboa Stadium.

Woodrow Wilson presented a technological breakthrough, Charles Lindbergh received a hero’s welcome, FDR made a pitch for the New Deal, the San Diego Chargers had one of their greatest victories, and four Liverpool boys rocked the foundations are just a few subjects to be covered.
