Summer Reading Program Special Event: Harry Potter Birthday Celebration! Enjoy face painting and balloon-making with Carmen the Clown! There will also be a trivia contest, Harry Potter related crafts, and cake! Come in costume if you wish! Join us for this exciting FREE Summer Reading Program for families and children of all ages!
