SDVLP is hosting a Juneteenth Small Business Legal Clinic taking place on June 17th! This clinic is intended to provide small business legal information to up and coming entrepreneurs as well as allowing for free one-on-one consultations with volunteer attorneys! It’s a great opportunity for small business owners to learn valuable legal insights through a short presentation conducted by attorneys as well as to have the opportunity to sit down with a volunteer attorney for a one-on-one small business consultation.

We’re especially thrilled to announce that the clinic will be staffed by attorneys from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, one of the nation’s leading law firms whose clients include Google, Spotify, and Netflix. The event will begin with a presentation on key legal concerns for small businesses, followed by one-on-one legal consultations.
