Event Details

Join us for a very special storytime with Ms. Laury featuring the children’s book Kente Colors. Discover how these woven cloths are created in Ghana and learn about the colors and symbols of kente cloth.

Afterwards, we’ll recreate our own versions of kente cloths with geometric shapes, bold lines and patterns, and just a little bit of “weaving” and creativity!
