Calling all young poets! The Kids! San Diego Poetry Annual will host its annual Fall 2023 workshop on Saturday, August 26th at 1:30pm.

Play with words and express yourself! Join us for an hour of fun, creativity, and sharing as poets from the San Diego Entertainment + Arts Guild guide you in the art and craft of poetry. All participants are eligible to submit their work for publication in the Kids! San Diego Poetry Annual.

Students ages 6 - 12 are invited to attend an in-person workshop at the San Ysidro Library. Jim Moreno will lead writing activities that stimulate creativity and self-expression. These workshops are free and open to young poets anywhere in San Diego County. Children's poems and artwork can be submitted via email for consideration in the 2023 KSDPA anthology.
