Join La Jolla Pen Women members and friends for a presentation by Cathy Scott - author, journalist, and blogger.

Cathy will share with us how to turn a news story into a book and how her reporting as a journalist led to the writing of her first books. She is the author of The Crime Book and The Killing of Tupac Shakur. She blogs for Physchology Today and blogged for Forbes for two years. She will explain what blogging entails.

Light refreshments served. We will also have a brief report about the upcoming La Jolla Writer's Conference.

A group of 'professional' writers, artists, and composers meeting on the third Monday of every month, each month with a different topic. Open to the public.
