Event Details

Join us on October 2nd as we celebrate the launch of 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten in the library!  During this special storytime, every library location across San Diego will be reading Can You Make a Scary Face (by Jan Thomas) at the same time.   You can help us reach our goal of sharing the book with 1,000 children at the same time!

Our VERY special guest reader will be Lorie Zapf, San Diego City Councilmember representing District 2.  Other storytime activities and exciting information about the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program will be included as well.
