Banned Book Month is upon us and so we are asking everyone to Join the Banned. 

In celebration of banned book month we will be encouraging families and patrons to read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl either on their own or as a family! This book is a beloved classic has been consistently challenged over the years.  We will have multiple copies available in the library. 

Spend the month of September reading the book and then join us September 30th in our meeting room for a special showing of the movie: "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" based on the book.
