The City Heights Summer Concert Series features live musical performances free for the community, located in the Performance Annex. We will be showcasing a variety of local musicians and genres, from funk to indie to Latin rock. Check out our calendar to see who’s playing!
La Boogie Buena is an instrumental quartet founded in San Diego, CA. The group fuses elements of funk, Latin, soul, and jazz to create a sound all their own. La Boogie Buena consists of a guitarist Oscar Carrión, saxophonist and keyboardist Andre Flores, bassist Louis Altieri, and drummer Justin Joyce.
