Event Details
Join us in evoking life on the San Diego/Tijuana Border and journeys north and south in the 1960s, in a reading by Marc Zimmerman of his new book “Lines on the Border,” sure to ignite discussions on the border, Mexico, San Diego, and La Jolla then and now.
Zimmerman lived in San Diego and then La Jolla from 1965-1973, teaching at SDSU and UCSD. His experiences in the area provide the basis for his “memoir fictions,” which are sure to ring a bell with local writers hoping to capture past experience while writing works of aesthetic value.
Zimmerman will also sign copies of his book which will be available for purchase.
