Description of Event
Live Well San Diego Community Regional Leadership Teams are comprised of diverse partners and agencies who work together to advance a shared vision of a region that is healthy, safe, and thriving. Meetings provide a space for networking, identifying regional priorities, sharing tools and resources, and facilitating collaborative action. Projects are community driven and centered on improving equity for all.
