Join us for a special afternoon with child local author Trisha Rao, as she reads from her novel "Believe in Yourself". Trisha grew up in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego.

The book has a very powerful message about the importance of believing in yourself under the most trying circumstances.  The book has gotten very good editorial reviews from several renowned authors.

Since the book has a powerful message of hope– it was 1st launched in Turkey amidst Syrian Refugee children who are going through a very tough time having lost their homes, home lands and family members. The children loved the book and the proceeds from the sale of Trisha’s book in 2016 will go towards giving refugee children free copies of the book. Trisha as of today has donated 1000+ copies of the book.

The United Nations has been selling copies of the book through its book stores as it is associated with a very meaningful cause.

Please join us as we celebrate this young author and her important message she wants to share with the world. A discussion and refreshments will follow the reading.
