Author Ellen Quick discusses  the concepts she outlines in her book, “How Do You Know When You Know?”  Join the author, a clinical psychologist and board certified coach, for a conversation about her recent book on personal decision making. Dr. Ellen Quick’s highly acclaimed book presents ways of recognizing what you truly want and what matters most. It describes the process of choice, how “not knowing” became “knowing,” both for people she interviewed and in excerpts from memoirs and cinema. In this interactive discussion, Ellen shares ideas from solution focused practice, behavioral economics, philosophy, and multiple areas of psychology. She offers flexible guidelines to use when you face a decision or complicated situation, and she invites questions and conversation.
