Description of Event
My name is Zoe Pei, and I am writing on behalf of Love for Rare, a student-led group committed to making a positive impact within our community. We are planning to hold an event focused on raising awareness about rare diseases.
The purpose of our event is to educate our peers and community members about rare diseases, including their impact on individuals and families, current research developments, and ways to support affected individuals. Our agenda includes presentations from students, educators, and possibly local health professionals, along with interactive sessions to engage attendees in meaningful discussions.
We are respectfully requesting the use of a meeting room. We will ensure that the space is used responsibly and returned to its original condition following our event.
