Learn how to make a mini magical hat using foam, ribbon, and other embellishments!

All ages welcome. Ages 10 & below require adult assistance as this project uses sharp tools.

Materials provided, while supplies last. Registration encouraged but not required. Drop-in anytime between 5-7 pm!
