Event Details

This is Banned Book Week.  Explore fun and colorful ways to make an accordion book by adding parts that move while you learn reasons that might surprise you why six popular children's books are considered banned.  This completed book project will enlighten anyone who sees it and may inspire the reader to seek out the banned books to decide for themselves.  Ultimately, this is about the importance of the freedom of being able to read all types of books. Space is limited so contact the library to reserve a place.
