Program Description

Event Details

Cyanotype photography is a camera-less technique that involves laying an object on paper coated with a solution of iron salts before exposing it to UV light and washing with water to create stunning white and Prussian blue images. Bring your own flowers and leaves or even black and white negatives to make your own cyanotypes!

Join the Legler Benbough Teen IDEA Lab for Maker Mondays, every 2nd and 4th Monday at 4pm. Each session the IDEA Lab team will focus on a different design project and will highlight a piece of technology found within our lab. This program is for ages 12 to 18.

First come, first served, while supplies last.

This event was previously scheduled on Monday, April 14th, but was rescheduled due to a library closure. We apologize for any inconvenience.
