Event Details

Maruta Gardner touched countless lives in our beach communities as a friend, educator, activist, and through decades of selfless community service.  In honor of Maruta, many community groups have joined together to tackle 5 major cleanups/projects in Mission Beach & Pacific Beach, to celebrate Maruta’s spirit of service to the community. 

You are invited to join a team of volunteers led by the Pacific Beach Street Guardians, to help beautify PB from 11am-1pm.  Meet at the canopy on the PB Library's Cass Street Plaza.
