Meet Peggy Hinaekian, local author and artist, whose book Of Julia and Men has been included in the New York Times Book Review Magazine under "Discover New Titles - Great Stories, Unique Perspectives."  Illustrations on the cover and inside the book are Peggy's own artwork.
