Event Details

Photographer Ed Sweed discusses the Witness2Resettlement project, which documents the lives of Syrian immigrants as they adjust to a new life in San Diego. Presenters from the Syrian Community Network discuss ways of helping these new neighbors to adapt. Syrian immigrants will serve traditional tea and sweets. Presented in conjunction with the "Memory Project" exhibit, showing portraits of Syrian children in refugee camps.
