Based on Tom Clancy's bestselling novel, this thriller is about a Soviet commander heading for the U.S. coast in a missile-laden supersub, hoping to defect. But the CIA, aware that the vessel was about to embark on an evasive mission to demonstrate its ability to avoid detection, believes that the commander is insane, and that he plans to start World War III.

But that’s not all! We’ll kick off the afternoon playing a “Hunt for Red October” version of the popular game “Battleship.” Plus, enjoy pizza and popcorn, provided by the Friends of Rancho Peñasquitos Library!
