Program Description
Event Details
This session would explore how music can support emotional well-being, focus, and self-expression, particularly for students experiencing anxiety or for children in special education programs. Through gentle listening activities, guided musical interaction, and age-appropriate discussions, music is presented as a calming, inclusive, and supportive experience—similar in spirit to other wellness-based library programs such as therapy or comfort initiatives. No prior musical background is required, and activities are designed to be welcoming and low-pressure.
