Join us at the City Heights Performance Annex for a FREE, all-day, international music festival!

From Latin Jazz to Opera, from Hip Hop to Japanese Drums, our annual favorite event returns to the heart of City Heights. Free art projects, games, and books for the kids, plus a wide array of local food and craft vendors. And this year sees the return of Opera de Tijuana’s Youth Orchestra and Chorus. An event not to be missed!

Featuring performances by: Irving Flores Latin Jazz Quintet, Culture Shock San Diego, Naruwan Taiko Japanese Drums, Akayaa Atule & Bolga-Zohdoomah, Karen Dancers of San Diego, Mariachi Victoria de San Diego, and the Tijuana Youth Symphony & Chorus.

In addition to the performances, there will be a reading of the children's book, Pancho Rabbit and the Coyote by award-winning author and illustrator, Duncan Tonatiuh! Duncan will also be signing and giving away a number of free copies of the book.
