Located in the library's northeast parking lot. Call SNAP (Spay Neuter Action Project) for your low cost spay/neuter appointment at1-866-SPAY BUS or 1-866-772-9287.  Spaying/neutering your pet will eliminate the worry, hassle and cost of pregnancy and litters, make your pet friendlier to others, and reduce the number of unwanted pets in animal shelters.
