Event Details

National Night Out is an annual event where you're invited to lock your doors, turn on outside lights, and spend the evening outside with people like yourself who care about our neighborhood!  On the PB Library's Taylor Greene (park facing Dawes Ave) you are invited to come to eat, enjoy activities, and get to better know your neighbors, local police, and elected officials!

6:30pm : Community Potluck... there's room at the table for all of us!
7:00pm : Sunset Edition of Toddler Dance Party... Adults are also welcome to bust a move
8:00pm : Free screening under the stars of Encanto (2021, PG, 99 minutes).  Bring a blanket or chairs and get comfy cozy.

Description of Encanto: Deep in the Colombian mountains, the Madrigal family possesses an extraordinary secret. Each member of the family is able to perform magic. Yet at the heart of the family is 15-year-old Mirabel, who does not seem to possess any unusual abilities. Faced with this harsh reality, Mirabel struggles to reconcile her place within her family while searching for who she truly is.

Join forces with thousands of communities nationwide for the 38th Annual National Night Out (NNO) crime and drug prevention event!  NNO involves over 16,500 communities from all 50 states, and over 38.5 million people are expected to participate in "America's Night Out Against Crime."
