Event Details

San Diego enjoys a diverse legacy of formidable female leaders.  Inspirational figures such as Ellen Browning who established the Scripps Institute of Oceanography and Luisa Moreno who established the United Fish Cannery Workers Union left an indelible mark on San Diego's history.  This class will highlight remarkable women, both well-known and lesser-known, who have made significant contributions to our city's history and culture.
