A Dragon’s Tale

August 1– October 4, 2023

Explore the importance of the dragon in Chinese iconography and culture, starting with the myth of the Chinese Zodiac, with examples of how dragons have been depicted historically and graphically in China. All items are on loan from the San Diego Chinese Historical Society.

Application will be considered on a first-come basis. Organizations and individuals based in San Diego or serving primarily San Diego residents, which have not used exhibit space within the past year, will be given priority.
