Wild Side

October 18 – December 19, 2023

In Wild Side, species native to the Southwest are brought to life on paper in a style that combines scientific illustration with whimsy. Hilary Dufour explores the natural world and the intricate relationships of flora and fauna within ecosystems, to weave together their form and texture - displaying the interconnectedness of living things. Through her work, she hopes to inspire a greater appreciation of our vulnerable and diverse planet.

An artist reception will be held Saturday October 21, from 2:00-5:00pm.

Application will be considered on a first-come basis. Organizations and individuals based in San Diego or serving primarily San Diego residents, which have not used exhibit space within the past year, will be given priority.
