Opening Reception - You Are Here

Celebrate the opening of our newest exhibit and meet the artists. The San Diego Public Library is pleased to present You Are Here: A Faculty/Student Show featuring 26 artists from 13 schools. Tweaking the tried-and-true model of a faculty or student exhibition by taking it off campus provides a glimpse into the talent of local teaching artists and their emerging-artist students. Like the studio art practices at the schools, works on view are diverse, created by instructors and students working in a range of mediums such as painting, mixed media, ceramics, and photography.
