Should I Avoid Chemicals? A look at the science behind the safety of how we grow our plants and the foods we eat. With an introduction to Integrated Pest Management and Earth-Friendly Gardening. Presentation begins at 10:30. Approximately 1 hour.

Paradise Gardener Member Meeting to follow presentation. The Paradise Gardeners is a 501(c)(3), tax exempt organization that contributes to Southeastern San Diego’s diverse communities in areas of civic engagement, tree planting and other improvements, and educating community members in the disciplines of home gardening.
