Join City Councilman Joe LaCava, San Diego Public Library Director Misty Jones, the Friends of the La Jolla Library, and La Jolla/Riford Library staff and volunteers to recognize the legacy of the late Patricia A. Schaelchlin before the Schaelchlin family and community.

A dedicated local historian and library board member, "Pat" had a lasting impact on our library branch, the community of La Jolla, and San Diego.

The ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided. In Pat's honor, our History Room will remain open for the entire day.
