Event Details

Enjoy a family night where students and their group create together!  Please register all participants including parents, relatives, etc.).

Celebrate space exploration with a Mexican twist! Kids will learn the basics of rocket science using NASA principles and design their own mini rockets, decorating them with Mexican folk art motifs like Alebrijes. Launch your creations and see how high they soar!

Workshop led by the Fleet Science Center, in collaboration with the SY.STEM Committee, a San Ysidro Education Collaborative working group.
