Tame your Sugar Dragon hosted by OASIS (free to the public) 

Want to curb your sugar intake? In this class, you will learn tips and tricks that you can implement at home and in other settings to break your sugar addiction as well as strategies on how to control your cravings.

Registration encouraged as space limited to 20 participants.
