Looking for a fun way to get ready for the Day of the Dead and Halloween? Join us for this great workshop! Presented by Back from Tomboctou, participants will get to decorate their own plaster of Paris skull. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the University Heights Library. All ages are welcome.
