In Remember That Time, eleven-year-old Carol pursues the answer to the question, “Can we be a family?” Through written stories, Carol travels from her bedroom to Paris, to a deserted island, and more, with her father who is serving a life sentence in prison. This funny and heartwarming adventure story will prompt laughter and compassion as you get a deeper glimpse into Carol's complicated family dynamics.
