Are you caring for a family member or friend? Family caregivers can learn about health and community resources, placement options, support groups and more. This free class also includes discussion about emotional issues people face when caring for a loved one.

This class is provided free of charge through Sharp Healthcare's partnership with the City of San Diego to provide health and wellness classes to the public.  We hope you can make this informative event!
