Program Description

Event Details

RoboThink kids will work on building fun video games while learning the most important coding concepts (loops, variables, and conditionals) in a fun way, using colorful Scratch coding blocks instead of plain text-based programming code.

More advanced RPS Maker role-playing games incorporate tile-based maps, game characters (sprites), battle editors, functions, and scripting events. At the end of the class cycle, RPG Maker students can save their own video games into a flash drive to play at home and share with friends and family.

RoboThink provides quality step-by-step STEM education with a mission to motivate children to pursue a future in science and technology and be better prepared for the jobs of the future (especially girls, children from low-income families, and minorities).

For children ages 7-11.

Limit 20. Registration required. Please register below for each participant.
