Event Details

When a shiny spaceship lands in Emilia’s backyard, she meets URR, from planet Goopda, who has traveled here to promote universal peace. The two learn about working together and making the world a better place as they sing their way through the day’s adventures. Children and adults alike will enjoy these award-winning, catchy songs performed by this mother-daughter duo.

Explore your world and beyond during the Summer Reading Program! The San Diego Public Library is inviting all ages to sign up for this event and venture beyond the beaten path and read! Complete a combination of 10 books, 10 hours of reading or 10 activities to claim your prizes. Sign up begins June 1 and the program will last through Aug. 31. Adventure is just one book away!
