San Diego Community Power (SDCP) is a not-for-profit public agency bringing the community cleaner energy at competitive rates. Learn how SDCP provides reliable, affordable electricity to nearly 1 million customer accounts in the Cities of San Diego, Chula Vista, Encinitas, La Mesa, Imperial Beach and National City, as well as the unincorporated communities of the County of San Diego. Stop by the information table at the library for more information.
