Calling all local authors, published or yet to be published!  Please join us for our monthly San Diego Inklings meeting to network in a creative yet professional atmosphere.   Carlos Tarrac will speak on his  recent participation in the Guadalajara International Book Fair (FIL) as recipient of a 2017 International Latino Book Award.
