The 20th San Diego International Children's Film Festival concludes with screenings of short films from around the world - animation, live-action, documentary - from 10 am to 5 pm Saturday Aug. 16 in the Neil Morgan Auditorium at the San Diego Central Library. Free admission, show up any time and enjoy. Admission is FREE!
