In this session, attendees will explore the tapestry of ideas, inventions and patents that have emerged from the San Diego Region.

You'll learn how to conduct historical patent research from experts from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Staff from the Patent and Trademark Resource Center will also demonstrate how to conduct research by exploring significant San Diegan utility, design, and plant patents.
