Does your child need a wellness check?  Call (619) 662-4199 to make an appointment for them to receive any of the following services:

  • Well Child Visits (2 months - 17 years)
  • School & Sports Physicals
  • TB Skin Test for children
  • WIC Hemoglobin Test
  • Immunizations (Bring your child’s shot record)
  • Minor Sick Visits
