Event Details

Learn about the biology of corn, the chemistry of masa and the physics behind the iconic shape of tortillas.  This family workshop will engage participants in the science of everyday life while making (and eating!) tortillas.  Register today!

Workshop led by UC San Diego's CREATE, in collaboration with the SY.STEM Committee, a San Ysidro Education Collaborative working group.
