Event Details

In collaboration with the Autism Society of San Diego, Mission Valley Library welcomes families with children on the spectrum to a sensory-friendly program featuring the Living Coast Discovery Center. Recommended for children ages 3-10, this nature program focuses on San Diego’s tidepools and includes movement, animal encounters, and a discovery table. After the show, families can explore the library, check out items, or enjoy the sunny patio. Regular Sunday hours for the general public start at 12:30. No registration is required.  You can use our Social Story (at right) to help your child prepare!
