Certified Yoga Instructor Rebecca Jane takes her Muirlands Middle School program to the library! "Social Wheel" focuses on addressing what's on our mind and promoting productive dialogue, something we could all use around the holidays we will be spending with family and friends. Come form a circle with us, have some snacks, and be yourself in a safe space.
